    I HATE INCLINED PULL UP.
    I HATE IT...
    tall people cannot do, than plus the thingy so short and the bar shaking like siao.so crazy derHxx...
    sit up so fun ;PP
    though not fair for us because our team do sit up last, right after the shuttle run and everything else,where we are ALL tired.
    did 34 sit ups only niia.
    but better than last year.
    last year only 29 niia.
    lucky got improved niia so heng!
